Note: I gladly received the package as it was courteously delivered. But I was surprised to found out that many of the supposed content were missing. Obviously, the package was opened as I noticed the discrepancy between how I taped it and how it now looked like.

Does anybody here have the address of Speedbox in Philippines. Thanks.
We’re having a problem with the speedbox delivery. It’s almost a month already since the package was sent from Singapore. Still, we have not yet receive the package here in the Philippines. We tried calling the speedbox office here. They said the package has not yet arrived from Singapore. I gave them information and the reference number. They said that they still have no records of the consignee’s name and address. We’ve trying to call them for almost a week but up to now, they are not answering our calls.

friendly advise! don’t use SPEEDBOX. I just switched to Jolly box as I never heard anything bas about their service. I even heard that they take picture to confirm that the box was delivered. I will let you know. But SPEEDBOX has failed not only me but my friends.
NAKU PO! WAG NA PO kayo gumamit ng service nila! dapat binaban ng mga kababayan pinoy ang forwarder na yan! yong nawala ko na JUMBO BOX until now di pa nila nababayaran! according to them first time lang daw nangyari eh! ANDAMI na palang mga BIKTIMA……….
ung package ko tampered ! pagbukas ko ng package ko eh bukas ung kahon ng compaq .as in hindi na pinagkaabalahang itape .

SPEEDBOX is the worst. I did have 2 boxes sent over to Baguio the past 1-2 years ago and it was received in good condition after 3 weeks. I have introduced them to a friend but my friend had been so mad at them she discontinued the contract because of very bad customer service and not lying to say they will make it before the christmas eve, which of course never happened. I again of course use their service not knowing this story yet, I was advised that the next day they will deliver my box. that was LIE #1. the box did not come and so i called then the next day. SPEEDBOX LIE # 2 we will have it delivered tomorrow. still nothing. called them again and as I was asking what happened they are the one shouting at me saying tomorrow nga tomorrow na nga. I paid 20 dollars for the downpayment but did not bother to have them pick up the package. I have switched to JollyBOX. never failed.

Sana ganyan din ang nangyari sa JUMBO BOX ko. pinadala sa SPEEDBOX Singapore located at Lucky plaza but sad to say naSPEED ang JUMBO box ko! dito pa lang sa SIngapore NAWALA na!
