HP ILO the Remote Console is unavailable, it is already in use by a different client

If a user forget to close an ILO session other users cannot connect to Remote console session with the following message:

"The Integrated Remote Console is unavailable, it is already in use by a different client" warning.

This may be due to a setting which prevents the users from acquiring the remote console while another session is still in progress. Even though a user has already close the browser if they did not close the session, technically it is still open and preventing new console session.

Here’s how to correct this:

1. Connect to the HP ILO web interface

2. Choose Remote console > Settings > Remote Console Acquire
3. Mark as "Enable". Click apply

To open the session, click Remote Console and choose from the available otions.

After Choosing "Console Acquire" , Connection will be reestablished.
And warning screen will be appeared. Choose Acquire on warning screen.
Then after 30 seconds Remote console will be shown.
