We’re having a problem with the speedbox delivery. It’s almost a month already since the package was sent from Singapore. Still, we have not yet receive the package here in the Philippines. We tried calling the speedbox office here. They said the package has not yet arrived from Singapore. I gave them information and the reference number. They said that they still have no records of the consignee’s name and address. We’ve trying to call them for almost a week but up to now, they are not answering our calls.

friendly advise! don’t use SPEEDBOX. I just switched to Jolly box as I never heard anything bas about their service. I even heard that they take picture to confirm that the box was delivered. I will let you know. But SPEEDBOX has failed not only me but my friends.

SPEEDBOX is the worst. I did have 2 boxes sent over to Baguio the past 1-2 years ago and it was received in good condition after 3 weeks. I have introduced them to a friend but my friend had been so mad at them she discontinued the contract because of very bad customer service and not lying to say they will make it before the christmas eve, which of course never happened. I again of course use their service not knowing this story yet, I was advised that the next day they will deliver my box. that was LIE #1. the box did not come and so i called then the next day. SPEEDBOX LIE # 2 we will have it delivered tomorrow. still nothing. called them again and as I was asking what happened they are the one shouting at me saying tomorrow nga tomorrow na nga. I paid 20 dollars for the downpayment but did not bother to have them pick up the package. I have switched to JollyBOX. never failed.

Very upsetting nga po talaga ang Hagibis, wala pa din pong feedback from them. 2months na rin ang box ko. Whenever you try to call them pahirapan and most of the time they won’t pick it up. I tried to talk to one of their representatives named Cyrine Marsil saying that they’re settling na daw yung mga nagpadeliver from Nov 18 – Nov 28 kasi yun daw ang delayed pero wala pa din. They have a very poor customer service. They’re saying na my problema daw about money between hagibis and customs! Pero hindi naman tama na affected taung mga OFWs or yung mga nagpadala bg boxrs. This isn’t just riight! Anyway we can contact each other guys? kahit email or whatever para pang makafile tau ng complaints against this company? let’s stop them from making this happen again and release our boxes na.

My friend Junah worked hard to send back a box in January. She paid $120 for the delivery. Inside the box, she has various items needed for her family. I feel the Phillipine government should step in to help out its citizens. Through no fault of their own, they have been cheated out of their hard earned money when their packages are not delivered.
